At Grillder, we’re committed to providing high-quality products and outstanding customer service. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our refund policy below.

Eligibility for Refunds

To be eligible for a refund, your request must be made within 30 days of receiving your order. The item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned with original packaging. A proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is damaged or incorrect.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for refunds: custom or personalized products, gift cards, and downloadable software or digital products.

Provide your order number and reason for the return. If your request is approved, we’ll send you return instructions. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within 5 to 7 business days, and credited to your original payment method. A 20% restocking fee may apply for returns not due to product defects or shipping errors.

Shipping Costs

Original shipping charges are non-refundable. If the return is due to customer preference (e.g., change of mind), the return shipping cost will be deducted from the refund. If the item was damaged or incorrect, we’ll cover the return shipping costs.
