Placing Your Order: What You Need to Know

Order Confirmation

Once you place your order, you’ll receive an “Order Confirmation” email letting you know we’ve successfully received it.

Stock Confirmation & Shipment

We promptly confirm item availability with our suppliers. Most BBQs, outdoor kitchen units, and accessories are available for quick dispatch. Custom outdoor kitchen builds may take additional time (see Shipping Timeline below).

Tracking Your Order

When your order is confirmed and payment is processed, we’ll ship your items and send tracking info to your provided email.

Follow-Up

If you haven’t received tracking details within six business days, please reach out to us via any of our communication channels.


Shipping Information

Delivery Locations

We currently ship across the contiguous United States. Additional fees apply for Alaska and Hawaii—contact us at support@grillder.com for a quote.
International shipping is not yet available—stay tuned for future updates.

Special Delivery Conditions

Orders that require special handling (e.g., freight delivery for large BBQ units) may be subject to a “difficult delivery fee.” If you’re unsure, contact us and we’ll gladly help clarify.


Shipping Timeline

In-Stock Items

Most BBQs, accessories, and ready-to-ship kitchen units are delivered within 5–7 business days after your payment is processed.

Order Delays

If your order is delayed due to supplier issues or unforeseen factors, a member of our support team will contact you to explain your options. You may cancel the order if the new conditions don’t meet your expectations.


Upon Delivery

Inspect Your Items

Please inspect your delivery for any visible damage (like dents or scratches) before signing the receipt. Mark any issues clearly on the delivery document. Signing without notes confirms acceptance in perfect condition.

Verify Package Contents

Check all items upon arrival. If anything is missing, notify us within 48 hours so we can resolve it quickly.

Concealed Damage

If you find any damage after unpacking, contact us right away so we can assist you with a claim.


Order Refusal Policy

Refusing delivery for reasons other than damage or shipping errors will result in a 20% restocking fee plus any return shipping costs.
